3 weeks and 2 and a half days.

Ok. So if that doesn't constitute an old married couple, I don't even know what does. We are 98% enjoying school. 2% not because we don't have internet at home which is probably really great for my pinterest/hulu/netflix/facebook/blog addiction. But also not good for homework you know?

It has been a fun few weeks though and it's nice to finally feel like we are getting settled in. I teach ballet on Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays, and take the ballet class at Utah State on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Point of this story is that I am always always sore. But hey! Skinny too, so that's good.

Tanner is doing lots and lots of advanced Senior homework and projects that blow my mind, THUS I don't inquire too much about these things.

Even though it has only been 3 and a half weeks since the wedding I feel like it's been forever. I don't want to forget that day, and I keep wishing I would have just soaked in the little details better and enjoyed it more fully. I guess I will have to do what married people do on their blogs now- relive my wedding day on my blog!

The night before our wedding was nutty. I loved having our home full of family bustling around getting ready for the wedding. I was FREAKING out that our kid video still wasn't done. Also, just to give me one more nice panic attack before the wedding, I realized that my temple recommend was missing. Turns out I left it in the temple bag that I took back to the distribution center the day before. Everyone assured me that it would be fine. Still left me a little nervous though:) After I had calmed down and my Dad gave me one last Father's blessing and then ambushed me and stuffed sleeping pills down my throat (legally..?) and sent me to bed. In the back of my memory there is a dazed phone call to Tanner because I was tripping on sleeping pills and thought that that would be funny to call him and demonstrate how funny I felt I was. HAWT! Thankfully as I semi slept Jake and Tanner took care of all things video. This because they are angels.

The morning of our wedding was a sweet time for me. I scheduled our wedding for noon because, I was totally not waking up at the crack of dawn that day. (not that I slept anyway). My sister braided my hair that morning and Wes kept sticking Mary and Kevin (his lizards) all over me. Like I said, it was a sweet time.

I don't want to forget the way I felt in the temple, surrounded by the people we love. The peace that I felt during those relatively few moments that day while we were in the temple brought a smile to my face that whole day. (and still) I am so glad to have been able to be sealed to my sweetheart in that holy place. On the not so adorable side, I remember lots of tears and lots of runny noseyness. Did not feel like a beautiful bride in the least bit covered in snot baha! NASTY. I was happy though what can I say. After the ceremony I felt such peace. I don't remember anything the sealer said. At all. But I remember the feeling, and it can't compare to anything I have ever experienced before.
