fall time in pictures

We had a fabulous weekend. Came home, went to NORDYS, carved pumpkins, went to cornbelly's, made caramel apples, and ate at Zuppa's (our fave) with Griffin and Caitlin. Pictures now.

catch us if you can & house pictures

I can't believe it has been a month since we last posted. Actually, I can - it has been a very busy semester. We are doing well though and are so happy.We are adjusting to being married. It's nice to have things feel normal and not weird- like sharing a bed with someone. We have been super busy (and pretty stressed) much of the time with school. But love being to go to our little home to de-stress.
    On the weekends we enjoy going to the temple together, spending time with friends & family,  watching Prison Break, and COOKING. Oh my goodness, cooking. We both love to cook and enjoy making up recipes as well as using some favorites from JOY, and the Our Best Bites cook book my Mum "gave" us.
Some fun things we have done lately in LIST format because lists make things more interesting:
>>> temple trips
>>> camping at bear lake with family
>>> haunted corn maze
>>> walks up Logan canyon, such a stunning fall this year
>>> cooking
>>> going to awkward ward parties
>>> seeing cheap movies at the dollar theater

We are also excited to spend the weekend before Halloween with our families. We have been brainstorming what our costumes should be, & by my request really want to MATCH. Because we are married. Makes sense. I have been asking my various ballet classes what they think we should be. So here are some contenders coming from them.

13-18 year olds: seemed very uninterested and didn't give me an answer
10-12 year olds: black swan & ?
8-9 year olds: salt & pepper
4-6 year olds: broccoli and dip

As you can see 4-6 year olds are funny, and everyone else needs to think outside the box a little more am I right? I love teaching these kids though- it can be such a challenge but I am learning so much.

So-- here are pictures to balance out all of the boring WORDS from this post.
Our house. This wall is a shrine to us- mainly because we don't own any other framed pictures.

Fall has been so good to us. We are excited for Tanner to graduate and to see what the future brings.
