it's monday.

We had such a week last week. Can I just say?

Tanner took a job in Orem. AND OH MY GOODNESS. I/we am/are so excited to move to a place where there a things to do and places to eat (and a Nordstrom), and where we are close to our families (FOOD!). We have been very blessed with our current apartment but let's just be honest for a sec. It's disgusting and I hate it:) At first it was so exciting... but then the crickets and black widows and sticky cabinets and secondhand smoke and gross stains everywhere, and weird smells, and police visits to our neighbors... Ya, it got old.

BUT we have had good times. Wonderful tamales from Mexican neighbors really top that list off. We are very blessed to be moving into a REAL apartment soon and the wait is killing me. I seriously stay up at night dreaming about not being afraid of our bathroom floor and imagining decorating our new "house."

Complaints aside.

Tanner is so excited to be done with school. He has worked his butt off this semester with finance and capstone classes. He studies so much (currently doing so). I am way excited for him to start his new job- it is doing something he enjoys, I am also excited to see him wear grown up clothes. (HE IS TOO.)

ME? I am transferring to UVU. Can't believe I am publicly announcing that. ACK. Haha. Since we are living in Orem it seems like the best option- although I am considering the U. When we live in Orem I will be driving to Brigham City once a week to teach Ballet and Modern at Classical Youth Ballet. I can't ever seem to cut those ballet ties!!

Now we just need to get through school and not get too antsy to move-- BECAUSE we are going to Highland for an entire week for Thanksgiving.

liberry time.

Tanner and I spend a lot of time at the liberry these days- not because we like the liberry really, mostly because we are trying are hardest not to flunk our classes. It's fine though. Tanner has been working his but off trying to find a job. He is six weeks to graduation! Woo hoo!! Unfortunately we have no idea where we are going to end up!
Truthfully though, I am not worried. And while I know Tanner is, I also know that we will be okay, and that something will come along eventually. It's hard to complain and worry about spending time in the berry or looking for a job, because we are together, which is truly a blessing.

So hey the berry. We have been here all day today. (Minus lunch and dinner {{bruschetta and pomegranate yummmmm}}) Tanner has been working hard and I have been studying accounting. All day. Days like this make us so excited for the holidays- and for weekends- and for graduating.

What else is new? Tanner and I got to help in the nursery yesterday. It's way funny how much T loves 2ish years old (in the most non pedophile way I am pretty sure). He loved playing shake the wiggles out and pushing the chairs around like they are trains. T always thinks that nursery should be our calling. I don't think he realizes that I am not as amused by these things as him! Just kidding! It was a blast. Kids are so funny, especially at that age. We had so much fun laughing at all the weird things they were doing. We also may have developed a favorite child in our short time in nursery. Which as a teacher I know is dangerous territory- but seriously this child was baby GQ. Because our church is backwards- T & I both had trouble sitting through sacrament meeting after running around with two year olds for two hours.

Last night we went over to our friends house and had dinner with them and played games. It was a lot of fun! We get really bored on Sundays, so I kid you not it was a gift from heaven to have them invite us over. When we get home we finished SEASON FOUR of Prison Break. We lead such fulfilling lives!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST! Someone's car window was smashed in in our CLASSY CLASSY apartment parking lot and some of their belongings were stolen. Way exciting. Way glad it wasn't our car. But feeling way sorry for that person.
